Jesmond is without a doubt the place to be when it comes to student accommodation in Newcastle. The area is only 10-20 minutes walk to the city centre and university campuses and has great transport links including Jesmond Metro and Haymarket Bus Station. At the epicentre of this student hub is Acorn Road and Brentwood Avenue which have a rich selection of amenities including local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Around the corner is the infamous Osbourne Road which is a student favorite for its bar culture. The area is stylish and upmarket and has a diverse mix of student and non-student inhabitants.
